Business Development Manager (Web3 / iGaming)

DESH is a full-cycle Web3 & AI marketing agency helping projects scale through design, development, and performance marketing. We work with startups and established brands across multiple verticals.
 

Who we need:
We’re looking for two experienced Business Development Managers:

  • one focused on Web3,
  • one focused on iGaming.
     

Your role:

  • Take full ownership of the deal cycle β€” from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Use LinkedIn and other channels for outreach, relationship-building, and deal conversion.
  • Represent DESH services (design, development, marketing) to potential clients.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development for service-based companies.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Proven track record of closing deals in Web3 or iGaming.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn for lead generation is a major plus.
  • Existing network or warm leads are a big advantage.
