Middle Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Middle Product Manager who will take ownership of AI-driven consumer products in the Dating & Companion niche. Your mission will be to grow product metrics, improve user retention, and ensure a seamless subscription experience for users. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea validation to launch and scaling.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, and subscription metrics (LTV, ARPU, Churn, etc.).
• Generate and test hypotheses to improve engagement and monetization.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and data teams.
• Work with AI features, personalization mechanics, onboarding flows, and payment funnels.
• Create clear product documentation, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery.

 
What We Expect From You:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with B2C products — ideally subscriptions, mobile or web apps.
• Strong understanding of product metrics and user analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to create clear documentation: PRD, user stories, JTBD, CJM, etc.
• Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and user psychology.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• English — Intermediate or higher.

 Will Be a Plus:

• Experience in AI Companions, Dating apps, or related niches.
• Background in psychology, communication, or user behavior analysis.
• Experience with marketing/growth, CRM, or push notification strategies.
• Understanding of retention loops, gamification, or personalization.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4).
