About the Role

We are looking for a backend-oriented Full Stack Engineer who will split responsibilities approximately 50% technical leadership / 50% hands-on development.

Our core stack is Node.js + Vue.js, however, deep Vue experience is not a hard requirement.
If you have worked with React or Angular and would like to grow your expertise with Vue, we will be happy to support that. A willingness to learn and adapt is what matters most.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small engineering team (2–4 devs) delivering impactful features.
• Stay hands-on with code (around 50% of your time).
• Drive architecture decisions, technical design, and code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
• Work with the latest LLM, RAG, and AI technologies.
• Mentor and support team members’ growth.

Tech Stack

 Node.js, Fastify, Vue.js, GCP (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Firestore), Docker, Pulumi, GitHub Actions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• 1–3 years as a Tech Lead or Senior mentoring others.
• Strong Node.js backend experience and solid knowledge of Vue (or similar frameworks).
• Proven experience with serverless and cloud-native architectures (preferably GCP).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-native apps (Cloud Run / Firestore / Firebase Auth)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi / Terraform)
• Interest in developer productivity, onboarding, or internal tools
• SOC and relevant enterprise security/compliance experience
