🇬🇧 Have English level B2+ and experience creating content in English.
💻 Experience in IT outsourcing / SaaS / startups is a strong plus.
😎 Have a sense of humor — we create not just cases, but stories people want to share.
What You’ll Do
- Execute internal marketing projects (case studies, website, social media content, presentations, etc.)
- Coordinate contractors: designers, developers, SEO specialists etc.
- Participate in strategic sessions with the team.
- Research markets and find new promotion ideas.
- Propose new channels and sales formats.
- Build client acquisition funnels together with the CEO and sales team.
- Plan and launch growth campaigns for lead generation (via content, LinkedIn, email, SEO, PR).
- Implement a system of experiments — test hypotheses, analyze conversions, and identify growth points.
