Head of Retention / CRM
We are looking for a specialist who will take full responsibility for building the player retention strategy in an online casino. The role includes database segmentation, promo management, customer experience optimization, and launching CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle development and implementation of retention strategy, player retention, and improving customer experience
- Working with tournaments / promo campaigns
- Database segmentation
- Managing tools โ email, SMS, push, in-app, pop-up; creating email chains
- Metrics analysis
A/B testing
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in online casino retention; real money and crypto casinos are a plus
- Experience as a Head or Lead in the Retention / CRM direction
- Experience in CRM strategy, loyalty programs, or promo management
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, segmentation, and automation
- Understanding of key metrics: DAU, LTV, Retention, ROI, Churn
- Confident use of analytical tools
- Ability to work with large player databases and A/B tests
English level: B1 or higher
