Creative Strategist (Mobile Gaming and Digital Performance) who would shape the Future of Game Ads with Generative AI

The product company is looking for a Creative Strategist with strong expertise in mobile gaming and digital performance advertising to shape the creative direction of high-performing ad content. This person will act as a trusted advisor and strategic thinker, leading the research, ideation, and execution plans behind top-performing creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the go-to expert for mobile gaming creative strategy, providing direction, insights, and best practices.
  • Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Creative Teams to define strategies, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Shape creative roadmaps and contribute to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) through data-driven insights.
     

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct deep market and competitor research to identify new trends in mobile gaming and performance marketing.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable creative concepts across genres and formats.
  • Deliver trend analyses and recommendations that inform innovation and campaign success.
     

Performance-Driven Execution

  • Guide and approve creative deliveries to ensure they align with strategy and meet client goals.
  • Evaluate concepts based on performance potential, not just aesthetics.
  • Lead ideation sessions for new campaigns and creative directions, backed by measurable results.
  • Manage multiple projects with ownership, clarity, and accountability.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in creative strategy or user acquisition for mobile gaming or performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and creative performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive problem-solver who uses data to drive decisions and innovation.
