Project Manager

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in managing IT projects (web, mobile, or software development).
• Basic understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and technical aspects of development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working with clients — primarily international (B2B communication in English).
• Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Knowledge and skills in effectively using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) to enhance work efficiency.
• Conducting regular meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos), preparing reports and documentation.
  
   

Working conditions

• Hybrid work format; 
• A flexible work schedule, the result is what matters the most (8 hours a day, 5/2);
• If necessary, additional equipment is provided after the probation period (work laptop);
• Holidays: 24 working days after the probation period;
• Paid sick 10 days after the probation period;
• 50% coverage for gyms, conference compensation, and after the probation period.
