Senior Content / Growth Marketing Manager

 

We're seeking a T-shaped marketing professional with deep expertise in content marketing and demand generation to scale our inbound growth engine. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working alongside our Marketing Director and team. 

 

What You'll Do: 

Content & Sales Enablement: 

  • Own end-to-end creation of sales enablement assets (presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, etc.) using our Microsoft tech stack. Leverage design tools (Napkin AI, Canva, Figma, etc.) to create professional, on-brand assets. 
  • Structure compelling narratives that address specific ICP pain points and accelerate deal cycles 
  • Develop content for target ICPs with emphasis on their terminology, goals, and challenges 

PR & Thought Leadership: 

  • Lead PR strategy using our AI-powered knowledge base 
  • Build and manage relationships with journalists and podcast hosts via Qwoted, Featured, and direct outreach 
  • Draft and distribute press releases aligned with company milestones 
  • Identify and pitch new PR opportunities to build brand authority 

Demand Generation & SEO: 

  • Co-create content strategy for web and social channels 
  • Conduct SEO research and create content briefs for content writers using Ahrefs and AI tools 
  • Participate in conversations and brainstorm sessions to build brand and engage with community 

Performance & Analytics: 

  • Track content performance metrics and optimize based on data 
  • Analyze the results of A/B tests on messaging, CTAs, and content formats to gain actionable insights 
  • Monitor trends and news to sense the wave before it hits and recommend strategic pivots 

     

What You Bring: 

Essential: 

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing with proven results in content marketing and demand generation 
  • Native/fluent English (C1+) with exceptional writing and storytelling skills 
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology 
  • Strong analytical skills: you track metrics, run experiments, and optimize based on data 
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite, Ahrefs (or similar SEO tools), AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.), basic design platforms (Canva/Figma) 
  • Portfolio demonstrating content work and measurable business impact (case studies, brochures, one-pagers, battlecards, and other client-facing assets that you are proud of and want to share) 
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution mentality 
  • Discerning or trained eye for design and creativity 
  • Self-organized, autonomous, and structured in your approach 

     

Preferred: 

  • PR or media relations experience 
  • Background in fast-growing startups or scale-ups 
  • Previous sales/business development experience 
  • Understanding of unit economics and marketing ROI
