Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities
• Work in a cross-functional team with analysts, developers & designers to deliver digital innovations.
• Detail requirements into high-quality artifacts using UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, etc.
• Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements

Required skills
• 2+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in producing business requirement artifacts including UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications, User Interface Design Specifications, etc.
• Good knowledge of Scrum methodology, understanding the BA role in the Scrum process.
• Experience in web/mobile projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in integration projects would be a plus.
• Following technical skills or ambitions to develop them (possibly up to System Analyst level) would be a plus:
o Ability to make architecture-related decisions.
o Thorough understanding of software design patterns.
o Basic expertise in web development technologies.
o Understanding of web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, TCP, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, etc.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Can effectively deal with ambiguity
