UX/UI Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and transform insights into design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and refine product direction.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Test, analyze, and iterate designs based on data and feedback.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Measure design impact using key product metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and product impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered and data-informed design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
