PPC Specialist to $2000

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with designers and analysts to ensure our campaigns drive measurable business results.

 

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Native Ukrainian or Russian, English level B1+
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • iGaming experience is a plus.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) and a portfolio or case studies are desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Search campaigns.
  • Develop communication strategies for each product and set tasks for designers to create effective ad creatives.
  • Monitor ad account health (check for payment errors, account restrictions, and policy violations).
  • Track and control daily ad spend vs. planned budget.
  • Review and appeal disapproved ads promptly.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Ensure accurate tracking setup (Google Analytics, Pixel, GTM, CAPI).
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize keywords and negative keyword lists in Google Ads.
  • Work with Lookalike audiences, CRM lists, and audience segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copy, banners, and videos.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices.
  • Analyze sales funnels and suggest improvements.
  • Launch new hypotheses (testing audiences, creatives, and formats).
