Head of Growth Marketing

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — an experienced marketing leader who will drive the growth strategy and performance across our entire product portfolio.

You’ll oversee everything from user acquisition to creative production and growth analytics, balancing hands-on performance expertise with strategic vision. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the growth and marketing strategy across all products and lead its execution.
  • Manage and scale the marketing team (UA, SEO, Affiliate, PPC, Design, MarTech).
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels for subscription-based B2C apps.
  • Drive and monitor key metrics and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee marketing experiments, scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t.
  • Work closely with product and analytics teams to ensure data-driven decisions.
  • Handle challenges in high risk domains — avoiding bans, managing ad compliance, testing bold creatives.
     

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, including at least 2+ years in team management.
  • Proven experience in User Acquisition (Facebook Ads – mandatory).
  • Experience with subscription products.
  • Experience in high risk niches (dating, adult, or high-risk verticals).
  • Knowledge of app marketing and store advertising policies (App Store / Google Play).
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics (ROMI, LTV, CAC, retention metrics).
  • Track record of scaling marketing budgets while maintaining ROI.
  • Hands-on approach — ability to test, analyze, and make quick data-driven decisions.
