Dripify is on the hunt for a product & marketing data analyst.
Weโre looking for a sharp, curious, and impact-driven data professional to join our remote-first team. As the first analytics hire, youโll build a scalable analytics infrastructure from the ground up, define our analytics strategy, and play a key role in driving product and growth outcomes.You should be just as comfortable setting up BI systems, defining tracking, writing SQL, and building dashboards, as you are presenting insights to leadership, collaborating with product managers, and brainstorming attribution or funnel hypotheses with growth marketers.If you want a seat at the table where data actually drives decisions โ this is that role.This is a remote-first position with occasional travel for team off-sites and meetups. You will work cross-functionally and report directly to both the Head of Product and CMO / CEO.
Requirements:
โ 3โ5 years of hands-on experience in B2B data analytics, ideally in SaaS or tech startups
โ Solid experience with GA4, GTM Server Side, BigQuery, HubSpot, and BI platforms like Amplitude or Tableau
โ Confident using SQL, building dashboards, and turning messy data into clean, actionable insights
โ Experience analyzing unit economics, monetization, and growth metrics
โ Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical methods, and experimentation design
โ Deep understanding of core product metrics and ability to translate insights into product improvements and growth
โ Proven experience with multi-touch attribution models and full-funnel tracking
โ Excellent communication skills โ able to translate data into stories and influence stakeholders
โ Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to build scalable systems from scratch
Responsibilities:
โ Set up and maintain a scalable end-to-end analytics stack for product and marketing (Amplitude, Looker, BigQuery, Power BI/Tableau, etc.)
โ Build, automate, and own dashboards and reports that track core KPIs across the funnel (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization)
โ Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to translate business goals into data-backed insights and recommendations
โ Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign results to uncover insights that drive growth and product improvements
โ Deliver clear, visual dashboards in HubSpot, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI that teams can rely on for data-driven decision-making
โ Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of new features, UI changes, or marketing initiatives
โ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems
Would be a plus:
โ Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experiment hypothesis generation
โ Experience with Python / R for advanced analysis and modeling
โ Experience working with Conversion APIs
