Project Manager / Scrum Master (Junior)

We’re building a Hotel Management System from scratch — bookings, rooms, guests, staff, billing, and analytics.

The project is part of the SvartDev ecosystem (we already have a POS product, Tablio, and are expanding into hotel tech).

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating a small dev team (backend, frontend, mobile, design)
• Managing sprints and tracking progress
• Maintaining task boards and documentation (YourTrack / Notion / ClickUp / Linear)
• Organizing meetings, demos, and retrospectives
• Keeping everyone aligned on priorities and goals

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Familiarity with task management tools
• Good communication and organization skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Russian language required (internal communication is in Russian)
