HR Director

 

We are a global iGaming company developing and managing a portfolio of successful online entertainment brands. Over the past few years, we have scaled rapidly, expanded into new markets, and built a strong, cross-functional international team.
 

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced HR Director to design and lead our HR strategy. This role is ideal for a professional who has successfully built HR infrastructure in fast-scaling, mid-sized organizations and is ready to shape the company’s culture, engagement, and people operations on a global level.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the entire HR function — structure, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Implement and manage HR systems and automation tools (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Establish and refine onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Partner with team leads to map and optimize workflows across departments.
  • Strengthen internal communications, employer branding, and corporate culture.
  • Oversee and expand the recruitment function (currently a team of two recruiters).
  • Act as a strategic business partner to leadership, contributing to planning and decision-making.
     

What We Expect:
 

Hard Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in senior HRM/HRD roles (in organizations with 100–300+ employees).
  • Proven record of building HR processes from the ground up in fast-growing environments.
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance, and retention.
  • Practical experience with HR systems implementation and process automation.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
     

Soft Skills

  • Strategic mindset with a strong hands-on, operational approach.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, set clear priorities, and bring structure to dynamic settings.
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
