HR Manager

We are an international iGaming group that has been operating successfully since 2020. Our portfolio includes several high-performing sportsbook and casino brands across multiple markets worldwide.
 

In just a few years, we’ve doubled in size, grown to a team of 200+ professionals. As we continue to scale and strengthen our organization, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to help us build efficient, people-centered processes and support our next stage of growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
  • Administer and optimize HR systems (HRM/HRIS) and databases.
  • Oversee and control access to corporate tools and internal resources.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, reporting, and employee communication.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth alignment between hiring and HR processes.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR (as a Manager, Generalist, or Specialist).
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRM/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to design and manage scalable HR processes for a growing team (100+ employees).
