Technical Project Manager (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of full-time practice as a Project Manager
- Good leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in managing teams of 5-15 people;
- Experience in requirement analysis, project scheduling, estimation, risk and change management
- Understanding of web and mobile development life cycle;
- Experience with bug tracking system (preferably with JIRA)
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal English is a must!)

WILL BE PLUS:
- Software development experience
- Strong presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:
- Plan project timelines and milestones;
- Create and analyze project documentation;
- Coordinate the overall development process;
- Manage workload among team members;
- Manage client expectations.
