Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who can grow and manage a healthy partner roster. You’ll
build real relationships, bring in new partners, keep tracking/reporting tight, and make sure
deals pay off (FTDs, NGR, ROI). This is a hands-on, on-site role.

What you’ll do (day to day)
● Grow the network, find, pitch, and onboard new affiliates across SEO sources, PPC,
Forums, Social and more
● Be the day-to-day contact of your partners, answer quickly, solve issues, and keep them
motivated
● Manage campaigns for EMEA (France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Germany, etc.).
● Watch the numbers: track FTDs, NGR, eCPA/eRevShare, retention; spot waste and
scale winners
● Review rival offers, geo landers, and creatives; recommend smarter deals.
● Keep tracking clean: own tagging, links, postbacks, and tests so every click and FTD is
counted
● Work with Creative/Marketing on targeted landers, banners, and exclusive offers per
partner
● Send weekly progress, commission, and activity reports; highlight actions and next steps
● Handle disputes fast: work with Risk, Payments, and Legal on fraud, chargebacks, or
contract issues

● Stay organized: maintain tidy boards, budgets, and priorities so everyone knows what’s
next

What you’ll need
● 4+ years in affiliate management within iGaming
● Deep understanding of iGaming traffic, geos, and what drives player value
● A warm network of affiliates, media buyers, and performance agencies you can tap from
day one
● Experience with affiliate platforms/tools (e.g., ReferOn, CellXpert, Affilka, or similar)
● Negotiation chops: comfortable setting CPAs/RevShare hybrids and approving custom
deals
● Budgeting & forecasting: build ROI forecasts, pace spend, and hit agreed targets
● Confident reporting to stakeholders (what worked, what didn’t, and what you’ll change)
● Strong English (written and spoken); other EMEA languages are a plus
● Willing to work some weekends when campaigns or launches require it

Nice to have
● Experience working with media agencies and performance networks at scale
● Familiarity with Monday.com, Google Sheets/Slides, and simple BI dashboards
● Comfort running A/B tests on landers/creatives and reading the results

What we offer
● A friendly, creative team where you own your work
● Competitive salary based on experience and impact
● All the tools and tech you need
● Lunch in the office
● Performance Bonus Scheme
● Performance-based annual salary review
