System / Business Analyst - Telecom Product Team

We’re looking for a System / Business Analyst to join our Telecom product team - the people behind developing and supporting our internal platforms.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, taking ownership from concept to production, and diving deep into new technical topics - this role is for you 🚀

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead new integrations - from idea to full production release (as part of the current product roadmap).
• Create technical documentation from scratch: BRDs, SRSs, API specs, and admin guides.
• Keep existing documentation relevant and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal client systems to define integration requirements.
• Build and maintain the product’s event library (event model) and knowledge base

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst in IT projects (preferably with backend focus).
• Strong experience documenting and structuring requirements using use cases, user stories, functional decomposition, and state modeling.
• Proficiency in UML (activity, sequence, state, use case, component diagrams).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and SMPP.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed, and practical technical documentation.
