Middle Project manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful integration and enhancement of a core platform into our existing ecosystem. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project goals are met within scope and budget. Your leadership and organizational skills will help keep stakeholders aligned and deliver results on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and team coordination skills.
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail and other collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to AWS or cloud-based microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern development workflows.
• Experience with financial or payment-related projects.
• Certification in Scrum Master or PMP certs.

What You’ll Do:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource assignments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication between developers, BAs, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.
• Provide regular status reports and manage stakeholder expectations.
