HR People Partner / Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Driving employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Holding regular 1:1 meetings with team members to build strong relationships and improve the employee experience.
- Maintaining and improving HR processes and workflows.
- Leading performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
- Monitoring team morale and providing actionable recommendations to improve workplace culture.
- Working with HR analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the wider HR team on various initiatives.
Championing and supporting our company culture at every step.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in an IT company as an HR Manager, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle for at least 50 people.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR tools and processes.
- Confident using HRM systems, especially PeopleForce.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective 1:1 meetings, resolve issues, and provide meaningful feedback.
- A natural relationship-builder who can connect with employees across different teams and functions.
- Your superpower: the ability to shift between different team contexts while keeping priorities in sharp focus.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping business needs in mind.
- Strong time management, initiative, and a high level of business acumen.
English level: Strong Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in product-based IT companies.
Training or certification in facilitation, coaching, or related fields.
