HR People Partner / Manager

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced HR People Partner / Manager to join us on our journey of innovation and excellence. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Driving employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Holding regular 1:1 meetings with team members to build strong relationships and improve the employee experience.
  • Maintaining and improving HR processes and workflows.
  • Leading performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
  • Monitoring team morale and providing actionable recommendations to improve workplace culture.
  • Working with HR analytics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the wider HR team on various initiatives.
  • Championing and supporting our company culture at every step.

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in an IT company as an HR Manager, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle for at least 50 people.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR tools and processes.
  • Confident using HRM systems, especially PeopleForce.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective 1:1 meetings, resolve issues, and provide meaningful feedback.
  • A natural relationship-builder who can connect with employees across different teams and functions.
  • Your superpower: the ability to shift between different team contexts while keeping priorities in sharp focus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping business needs in mind.
  • Strong time management, initiative, and a high level of business acumen.
  • English level: Strong Intermediate or higher.

     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in product-based IT companies.
  • Training or certification in facilitation, coaching, or related fields.
