Requirements:
β€” Upper-intermediate level of English is a must;
β€” Theoretical knowledge of project management, risk management, and change management;
β€” Understanding of Agile development principles;
β€” Ability to manage, motivate, and work with a team under pressure;
β€” Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, attentiveness to details, and a high level of self-organization.

Responsibilities:
β€” Assist Project Managers with daily tasks such as daily meetings, planning, report preparation, and product testing;
β€” Work on continuous process improvement together with the teams;
β€” Maintain clear and effective internal communication;
β€” People management (1-on-1 meetings, risk management, employee development).

β€” Experience in the game industry with gambling projects is a BIG plus;
β€” Proactive attitude to life and excellent communication skills;
β€” Experience in building/optimizing production processes;
β€” Experience working with international clients and communicating with them (via email/calls).
