HR Director

We are an international iGaming company that has been developing successful online entertainment brands. Over the past few years, we have significantly scaled, entered new markets, and built a strong cross-functional team.

We are seeking an experienced HR Director with a proven track record in designing and implementing HR infrastructure for mid-sized, fast-growing companies. You will lead the development of scalable HR processes, drive culture and engagement, and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Build the full HR function from scratch: define structure, workflows, and metrics
  • Implement HR systems and tools (HRIS, automation, etc.)
  • Develop and document policies, procedures, and job descriptions
  • Set up onboarding, performance management, and employee development frameworks
  • Partner with team leads to map out and optimize business processes
  • Drive internal communications, employer branding, and company rituals
  • Oversee and expand the recruitment function (currently 2 recruiters)
  • Serve as a business partner to leadership and contribute to strategic planning

 

What We Expect:
 

Hard skills:

  • 5+ years in HRM/HRD roles, preferably in companies with 100โ€“300+ employees
  • Experience building HR processes in fast-scaling environments
  • Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance, retention
  • Hands-on experience with implementing HR systems and digital tools
  • Background in iGaming is a strong plus, but not mandatory
