HR Manager

We are a fast-growing international iGaming group operating since 2020, with a portfolio of successful sportsbook and casino brands across multiple markets. Over the past year, we’ve doubled in size and proudly earned the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards.

With 200+ employees and continued expansion, we’re strengthening our HR function and seeking an experienced HR Manager to build efficient processes and support our further growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Administer HR systems (HRM/HRIS) and databases.
  • Control access to corporate tools and resources.
  • Handle daily HR operations, reporting, and employee communications.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align HR and hiring processes.

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as HR Manager / Generalist / Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
  • Experience with HRM/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build scalable HR processes in a 100+ employee company.
