Payments Manager (iGaming)
We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions Payments Manager.
What you need to do:
- Plan and prioritize payment method setups to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate integration of new PSPs and payment methods with internal and external teams (platform).
- Writing and monitoring technical requirements, testing solutions during development and implementation phases.
- Interacting with QA and support to identify and resolve bugs.
- Ensuring timely launch of payment methods in production .
- Monitoring the performance of integrated payment solutions, initiating improvements.
Switching between payment methods in case of technical failures, ensuring uninterrupted operation of payment solutions.
Hard skills:
- Experience in the payment area of betting and gambling from 2 years.
- Knowledge of the specifics of the payment market, preferably in the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure: knowledge of the principles of international and local payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, etc.).
- Experience in integrating payment providers via API: confident working with documentation, testing, logs and interaction with technical support of providers.
- Skills in analytics of payment operations: ability to work with reports, analyze transactions, process refunds, chargebacks.
English level B1 or higher.
