We’re now seeking a visionary Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product  a leader who combines strategic foresight, data discipline, and deep industry expertise to guide the next evolution of our product suite.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build, scale, and transform mandate.

 

The Role

As the Product Director, you will be the strategic architect and execution driver of NuxGame’s platform ecosystem.
You’ll lead the roadmap for all core product lines  TurnkeyGame AggregationSweepstakes, and Crypto Casino aligning innovation with operator success and measurable business impact.

Your leadership will set the tone for how we discover opportunities, validate ideas, and build products that make iGaming simpler, smarter, and faster for our partners.

 

What You’ll Do

1. Lead Product Vision and Strategy

  • Define and communicate a unified product strategy across TurnkeyAggregationSweepstakes, and Crypto Casino.
  • Establish a clear long-term product vision that connects innovation with NuxGame’s commercial objectives.
  • Translate complex market, regulatory, and operator insights into scalable, outcome-driven product initiatives.
  • Position NuxGame as the go-to provider for operators seeking crypto-friendly, modular, and fully compliant solutions.

2. Build and Scale World-Class iGaming Products

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of NuxGame’s platform  from discovery and concept validation to release and operator enablement.
  • Lead the continuous evolution of our bonus engineCRMpayments, and affiliate management tools for both fiat and crypto environments.
  • Strengthen the platform’s integration capabilities for content providers, wallets, and third-party APIs.
  • Drive innovation in sweepstakes mechanics, gamification, and player acquisition tools tailored for new markets.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance across multi-jurisdictional and crypto-regulated environments.

3. Champion Discovery and Data-Driven Outcomes

  • Embed a Continuous Discovery culture across all product teams weekly operator interviews, prototype validation, and assumption testing.
  • Shift team focus from feature delivery to measurable outcomes adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead opportunity mapping and hypothesis-driven experimentation to identify new revenue and engagement levers.
  • Use analytics and behavioral data to shape product strategy and optimize performance across all operator segments.

4. Deliver Measurable Business Impact

  • Align product priorities with operator and player success metrics.
  • Implement clear OKRs tied to adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure new features deliver tangible improvements in operator performance and time-to-market.

5. Lead and Scale Product Teams

  • Build and mentor a cross-functional product organization  Product Managers, Designers, Analysts.
  • Create an empowered culture of accountability, experimentation, and rapid learning.
  • Align engineering and product delivery cycles for predictable execution and high product quality.
  • Champion internal collaboration with Account Managers and Support teams to ensure seamless operator rollout and enablement.

6. Drive the Future of Crypto & Web3 Gaming

  • Lead product innovation for crypto casino integrationson-chain data flows, and multi-currency player wallets.
  • Develop next-generation tools for tokenized loyaltyNFT-driven engagement, and blockchain-based sweepstakes.
  • Collaborate with compliance and payment partners to ensure responsible gaming, AML, and KYC frameworks adapt to decentralized environments.

     

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, or Head of Product).
  • Proven success building or scaling iGaming B2B products, preferably within TurnkeyAggregationSweepstakes, or Crypto Casino ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of operator workflows, bonus and CRM systems, content aggregation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of blockchain-based platforms, digital assets, and crypto payment flows is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent grasp of data analytics, experimentation, and product metrics (adoption, activation, retention, conversion).
  • Proven ability to balance innovation with compliance, scalability, and commercial impact.
  • Inspirational leadership skills  able to align teams, communicate vision, and deliver results in high-growth environments.

Within your first year, you will have:

  • Unified NuxGame’s platform strategy across Turnkey, Aggregation, Sweepstakes, and Crypto Casino.
  • Embedded a measurable, outcome-driven discovery process into every product team.
  • Delivered key releases that improved operator adoption, onboarding speed, or player engagement.
  • Positioned NuxGame’s product suite as the leading crypto-friendly, multi-vertical iGaming solution in emerging markets.

  • Work Format: Remote work format or from our head office in Limassol, Cyprus
  • Working Hours: Typically 09:00/10:00 to 17:00/18:00 (Kyiv time) (Monday-Friday).
