Business Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated Business Analyst to help us analyze and improve business processes, document requirements, and support project delivery.
You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into clear documentation.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus but not required.
This role is urgent, so we’re looking for someone ready to join ASAP.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements
• Participate in workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Create process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with PMs, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Identify and propose process improvements

🔹 Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT or consulting)
• Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience creating BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Flow Diagrams
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

🔹 Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems
• Knowledge of process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio)
• Basic understanding of data models, integrations, or APIs
