About the Role

As a Junior Education Community Manager, your mission is not just to organize single events or campaigns, but to create a system of long-term collaboration with universities and student communities. You’ll be responsible for turning first contacts into sustainable partnerships, building trust with academic institutions, and making Solidgate a constant presence in the student ecosystem.

What you’ll own

• Building strong, long-term partnerships with top universities and student organizations
• Representing Solidgate at career fairs, hackathons, olympiads, and other student initiatives
• Launching and organizing our own student events

• Overseeing the operational backbone of all activities, ensuring every project is executed at a high standard

   

You’re a great fit if you have

• Bachelor’s in Management, Sociology, Communications, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — you are a real networker
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
• Proactive mindset and passion for working with students

• Experience in event organization or student activities will be a plus
