Senior QA Engineer/ Team Lead (offline)

Required skills:
* Proven work experience in software testing
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
* Good spoken and written English skills (Intermediate level at a minimum)
* Strong managerial skills to lead a team of QA engineers
* Experience with formulating and managing test cases

As a plus:
* An understanding of web-delivered applications
* Knowledgeable about popular web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
* Blackbox testing skills
* Apache JMeter knowledge
* Postman knowledge
* Atlassian software (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, Bitbucket) experience
* Test automation skills

Responsibilities:
* Create and execute tests on software products with a primary focus on web-based products
* Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
* Lead a geographically distributed team of QA engineers
* Interface closely with project managers, developers, and other QA engineers
* Identify issues and generate issue reports
* Verify patches and bug fixes
* Perform thorough regression testing
* Assist developers with issue analysis
* Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
