Sales/ Lead Generator

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales / Lead Generator to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients, building the top of our sales funnel, and setting the stage for successful partnerships. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives on initiative and direct impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Market Research: Identify target companies and key decision-makers within our core industries (Fintech, eCommerce, Logistics, etc.) in the US and European markets.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, web research) to build qualified lead lists.
  • Outreach: Craft compelling personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn) to initiate conversations and generate interest in SoftDAB's services.
  • Qualification: Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client needs and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in our CRM.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional messages.
  • Proactiveness: A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a hunter mentality.
  • Research Skills: Proficient in using online tools and databases for lead research and qualification.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Understanding of IT Services: Basic understanding of custom software development, cloud services, and IT outsourcing models is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
