Reports to: Head of Sales

๐Ÿ“ˆ Key Responsibilities (Your Impact)

This is a dynamic role combining sales support, financial administration, and internal project leadership:

Financial & Legal: Prepare and organize contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation. Resolve claims and handle payment issues with customers and suppliers.

Sales Enablement: Attend key customer/internal meetings, producing clear Minutes of Meetings (MoMs). Drive follow-up on specific sales and marketing events.

Analysis & Projects: Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis. Support system improvements for better data quality. Assist with planning and follow-up in salesperson recruitment and onboarding.

CRM Management: Maintain and effectively utilize the CRM system.

๐ŸŒŸ Candidate Profile (What You Need)

We are looking for a highly structured, positive, and sales-minded professional:
Language: Proficient English fluency is essential for global client interaction.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; proven ability to interact confidently with executives.
Drive: Great personal drive, outgoing nature, and highly organized work ethic.

Travel: Willingness to travel to Denmark (DK) regularly (e.g., monthly) to align with the DK-team.
