Content Team Lead

Do you want to build and coordinate a content team that delivers high-quality, SEO-optimized content across different markets and languages?

We’re looking for a Content Lead who will facilitate the setup of a scalable content system, from building the right team structure to testing AI-based process improvements.

What you will be doing:

• Setting up and managing a remote team of copywriters and editors across multiple geographies and languages
• Editing and supervising content quality
• Preparing and managing content briefs with a focus on SEO optimization
• Facilitating the setup and testing of AI-driven automation processes for content creation and management (brief generation, content QA, reporting) by coordinating with technical and marketing specialists
• Collaborating with a SEO, AI, and marketing teams to align content workflows with company goals
  
  About you:
• Experience in hiring, managing, and developing content teams
• Understanding of SEO principles, content structure, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation frameworks used in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI)

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
