Front End Team Lead

We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced Frontend Team Lead to take charge of our frontend direction, shape architecture, and guide a small but passionate engineering team to excellence.
 

    Team Leadership
 

• Lead and mentor a small team of frontend engineers
• Set clear goals, track progress, and conduct regular 1:1s
• Define coding standards, ensure code quality, and optimize workflows
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members
  
  Technical Ownership
   
• Build and maintain frontend architecture from scratch
• Drive technical decisions and ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Establish best practices for development, testing, and deploymen
• Oversee the implementation of UI/UX with attention to detail and aesthetics
• Continuously improve the developer experience and delivery pipeline
  
  Requirements
   
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Deep expertise in React, MobX, and Context API
• Proven experience with Next.js and Vite
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a small engineering team
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and system design
• Ability to work independently and make product-driven decisions
• Keen sense of design and aesthetics — capable of crafting beautiful interfaces even without finalized design assets
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
