Magento Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with Magento? Our team is looking for a dedicated Magento Administrator to join us on a part-time basis (80 hours/month), with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You'll play a key role in managing our online product catalog, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring a smooth and optimized shopping experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create, update, and manage product listings in Magento (names, descriptions, SKUs, attributes, tags, pricing, inventory, etc.)
  • Upload and optimize product images, videos, and other media to meet brand and SEO standards.
  • Manage and structure categories, sub-categories, and collections to ensure clear navigation and a smooth user experience.
  • Implement and maintain product filters, attributes, and sorting rules for better discoverability.
  • Regularly audit product data for accuracy and consistency across the store.
  • Support marketing campaigns by scheduling and activating promotional products, discount codes, and banners in Magento.
  • Set up and manage seasonal collections, landing pages, and featured products.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure product visibility aligns with ongoing campaigns and launches.
  • Ensure all product content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search (basic on-page SEO).
  • Add meta titles, descriptions, and keywords for products and categories.
  • Coordinate with the content/marketing team to align product pages with broader marketing goals.
  • Update stock levels, pricing, and special offers in Magento.
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure accurate product availability.
  • Assist with product lifecycle management (activating/deactivating products, seasonal cleanup).
  • Run weekly product/category reports to monitor data accuracy, visibility, and performance.
  • Flag and resolve issues related to product display, pricing, or broken links.
  • Support periodic catalog clean-up and structure improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, logistics, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of product updates and campaigns.
  • Provide admin support during product launches, flash sales, or seasonal promotions.

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced English level (strong B2\C1 or higher) โ€” both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in EST/PST time zones or maintain an overlap with EST until 14:00.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable and proactive in handling tasks independently.
  • Basic understanding of Magento CMS & promotional rules.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce.
  • Experience with bulk product uploads (CSV, import/export).
  • Eye for detail and consistency in branding.

We offer:

  • A team of creative, empathetic, and proactive people to work with.
  • Flexible schedule and the option to work remotely when needed - we focus on results, not hours.
  • A comfortable office in the center of Kyiv with a great city view (Chykalenka St.).
  • Minimal bureaucracy, maximum trust and support.
  • Competitive compensation based on interview results.
  • Fun parties, sports activities, and plenty of opportunities for informal connections.
