Middle Affiliate Manager (LATAM)

For our partner we are looking for Middle Affiliate Manager to join dynamic team. 

Our Partner is an iGaming operator focused on the LATAM (top brand).  

What to do:

• Develop, launch, and manage affiliate programs
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with patners, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Analyze partners performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with partners to design compelling promotions that align with company goals and brand guidelines
• Negotiate and manage partners agreements, including RS, CPA, hybrid models
• Manage budgets and targets.

• Prepare and present performance reports.

   

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience managing affiliate partnerships in the iGaming
• Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize affiliate results
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Affiliate Tracking Platforms (GR8 will be plus)
• English B1+ 
• Ukrainian native

• Experience with LATAM (big advantage)
