Requirements:

- 1+ year of of work experience;

- Proficiency in Figma, utilizing styles, design system and components is mandatory;

- Understanding of usability principles;

- Understanding of "User-Centered Design" principles;

- Ability to work quickly, accept feedback, and make changes;

- Attention to details in designs and communication.

Would be a plus:

- Experience in creating clickable prototypes;

- UX Writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating quizzes, landing pages and claim offers;

- Close collaboration with the marketing team;

- Work with Emails;

- Generating and analyzing hypotheses;

- Analyzing the market and competitor designs to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
