Project Manager to $400
We’re looking for a proactive and organized person to support the executive with daily tasks and coordinate some basic technical processes. This is a great opportunity to start your career — prior experience isn’t required, as long as you’re curious, responsible, and eager to learn.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks assigned by the executive
- Coordinate communication and basic HR-related processes with team members
- Set up, monitor, and maintain cloud services (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.)
- Install and track browser extensions and productivity tools for employees
- Support internal processes and maintain basic documentation
Requirements:
- Technical education or completion of relevant IT/digital tools courses
- English level — B2 or higher
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Google Drive, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience using or setting up CRM or productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.)
