Project Manager to $400

We’re looking for a proactive and organized person to support the executive with daily tasks and coordinate some basic technical processes. This is a great opportunity to start your career — prior experience isn’t required, as long as you’re curious, responsible, and eager to learn.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and organizational tasks assigned by the executive
  • Coordinate communication and basic HR-related processes with team members
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain cloud services (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.)
  • Install and track browser extensions and productivity tools for employees
  • Support internal processes and maintain basic documentation

Requirements:

  • Technical education or completion of relevant IT/digital tools courses
  • English level — B2 or higher
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Google Drive, AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience using or setting up CRM or productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.)
