Now, we’re seeking a Business Development Representative / Lead Generation Analyst who can combine outbound prospecting with analytical rigor. 

 

You’ll own the front end of our sales pipeline, including researching, identifying, and reaching out to qualified shippers while maintaining CRM accuracy and tracking key sales metrics. 

 

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and enjoys blending research with outreach.

 

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Research, identify, and qualify SMB shipper prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other tools.
    • Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to introduce Serve Freight’s services and schedule meetings.
    • Build and maintain clean lead lists segmented by vertical, region, and lane opportunity.
    • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and move them through early qualification.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot).
    • Track key metrics: number of contacts made, leads qualified, meetings booked, and quote-to-win rate.
    • Enrich CRM data with company size, lane data, and freight spend where possible.
  • Sales Support & Analysis
    • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to prioritize target verticals and customer segments.
    • Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
    • Support the continuous improvement of sales collateral and outbound messaging.

       

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Confident in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong research and data entry skills. Attention to detail is essential.
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or SaaS sales is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with U.S.-based leadership.

     

Additional Information:

  • Base Pay: $1,800–$2,000 USD/month gross (depending on experience).
  • Performance Bonus: $100 for every 10 qualified meetings booked and accepted by the sales team (up to $300–$400/month).
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, overlap with U.S. hours (as determined)
