What You’ll Be Driving:
β€” Developing and executing overall product strategy aligned with business objectives;
β€” Providing visionary leadership and aligning the product roadmap with long-term goals;
β€” Overseeing product portfolio and ensuring each feature drives business value;
β€” Prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources based on strategic impact;
β€” Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics;
β€” Defining and refining product positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies;
β€” Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to align product efforts with company strategy;
β€” Building strong internal and external relationships to support product success;
β€” Managing product budgets and maximizing return on investment;
β€” Driving innovation by identifying opportunities and leveraging emerging technologies;
β€” Advocating for the customer by integrating feedback into product development;
β€” Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle;
β€” Overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to retirement;
β€” Making data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance;
β€” Communicating product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reporting.

 

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
β€” 4+ years of experience in product management;
β€” Proven ability to gather and communicate product requirements across cross-functional teams;
β€” Strong background in influencing user research approaches, analytics, and feedback loops;
β€” Successful coordination of product, operations, marketing, support, and sales teams;
β€” Track record of maintaining 12-month product roadmaps and strategic planning;
β€” Solid understanding of emerging technologies and market trends in product decision-making;
β€” Demonstrated transparency in sharing team outcomes and progress across the organization;
β€” Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of product managers and analysts;
β€” Team leadership involving direct management of up to 3 PMs with structured growth plans;
β€” Hands-on involvement in designing and scaling product development processes across departments;
β€” Contribution to the structural and cultural development of the product organization;
β€” Ability to instill product thinking within engineering, support, operations, and other teams;
β€” Skilled in managing and nurturing relationships with external business partners.
