About Gyre & MSN
- Gyre provides full-cycle, turnkey management of looped YouTube Live Streams. We work on behalf of creators, helping them increase their revenue from broadcasts.
- MSN is a platform from Microsoft where we distribute the videos of YouTube creators, which helps creators earn more.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will help scale these products among English-speaking YouTube creators, agencies, and our existing partners (YouTube creators). Active search, attraction, and support of new partners (YouTube creators) for Gyre and MSN products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads (YouTube creators, agencies).
- Conduct presentations of Gyre and MSN products in English (written and spoken).
- Manage the full sales cycle from the first contact to signing the agreement.
- Maintain the lead database in CRM, ensuring data relevance and quality.
- Coordinate interaction with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Assist new partners during the onboarding process.
- Achieve established KPIs for the number of meetings, leads, and closed deals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, SaaS, digital services, or creator economy).
- English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate+ (ability to handle correspondence and calls).
- Ability to persuasively present a product and conduct negotiations.
- Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem or an interest in it.
- Independence, structured approach, and result-orientation.
- Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and analytical tools.
- Skills in building long-term relationships with clients.
Preferred:
- Experience working with YouTube creators, media managers, or agencies.
- Understanding of video content monetization processes.
- Previous experience in content distribution or advertising integrations.
- Experience working with English-speaking clients in the USA or European countries.
