The ideal candidate has both a technical background that enables easily interact with software developers or other project stakeholders and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical publications.

Your profile:

Person with experience in creation of technical documentation for IT infrastructure and applications, IT Security, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery in large complex Financial organisations.
Excellent technical documentation, report preparation, task prioritization skills
Ability to create framework for technical documentation (structure, templates, etc.)
Should have experience in usage of Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA) for online publishing and diagrams drawing tools.
Knowledge of: Server and Storage solutions and Operating Systems Data Centre design LAN/WAN Technologies Security solutions Business Applications in Financial sector
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Your typical day will look like:

Spending time researching and building knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented
Developing an understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues, and working with managers to discuss technical issues
Searching for the clearest way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension
Revising, editing, or making updates for instructions, technical information, and FAQ, as necessary
