🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Immigrant Invest’s global digital growth strategy, aligning all channels with our mission to connect people to borderless opportunities.
- Manage performance marketing across multiple platforms, set clear KPIs, and oversee contractors and agencies.
- Build and scale high-performing, data-driven acquisition funnels that deliver measurable results.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement strategic optimizations.
- Collaborate with the content, email, and product teams to ensure a unified, trust-driven client experience.
- Drive conversion optimization through A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel refinement.
- Launch and adapt campaigns to support market entry and expansion strategies globally.
Ensure all communications reflect core company values — trust, integrity, transparency, and excellence.
🌱 Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C with a long sales cycle).
- Deep understanding of performance channels (PPC, paid social, funnel strategy, analytics).
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-first mindset.
- Comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
- Experience collaborating across teams to build seamless customer journeys.
