Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruiter who will help us find the right people both for our internal teams and for our partner companies (direct offers).
We value a genuine interest in building personalized, human-centered communication with candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to final offer.
- Handle several vacancies simultaneously (for internal and partner teams).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate relevance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with specialists.
- Prepare reports, analytics, and improvement suggestions for the hiring process.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing and communication skills with candidates of different levels.
- English โ Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written).
- Ability to organize information and work with CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Interest in the marketing industry or willingness to learn more about it.
