TechLead Engineer

Responsibilities

Analytics of the iGaming app market, statistics, and mind map results of testing development approaches, forming new mind maps for the development team based on this information;

Drafting technical specifications for the development team and outsourced developers;

Compiling and maintaining the department's technical documentation;

Creating an application testing pipeline for the QA department;

Creating a pipeline and guidelines for working with outsourced developers;

Communication with the Backend Development Department;

Conducting 1-to-1 meetings with development department employees;

Participation in code review;

Onboarding new team members into documentation and technical processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in technical specializations;
Experience as a mobile application developer in the iGaming industry (any stack - Kotlin/Swift/Flutter/Unity);
1+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Tech Lead/Lead Developer in a mobile application development team; 
Systematic and structured approach to problem solving;
Experience in creating mind maps for testing iOS/Android applications;
Experience with CI/CD systems (Codemagic/Fastlane); 
Experience in writing technical documentation (technical specifications for integrating various SDKs, REST APIs with backend servers, guidelines for working with CI/CD systems); 
Knowledge of Agile principles, experience working with Scrum/Kanban;
Experience working with Git (pull requests, code reviews, branching).
