Marketing Manager (B2B IT Recruitment Services)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will bring structure, creativity, and measurable growth to our marketing efforts — someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

 

Your Mission

You’ll own and evolve Talentuch’s marketing engine — from planning campaigns and managing content to driving leads and improving brand awareness across digital channels.

Your role bridges brand, lead generation, and sales enablement.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a quarterly marketing plan aligned with Talentuch’s sales and recruitment goals.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and client segments to refine our positioning.
  • Define, track, and achieve performance metrics (CPL, LCR, MQL, SQL) for the company and marketing team.
  • Build dashboards to monitor marketing ROI and present monthly reports.

Content & Campaigns

  • Manage Talentuch’s LinkedIn content plan — webinars, thought leadership posts, client success stories, and service updates.
  • Oversee email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing flows.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visuals and marketing materials for the brand and provide sales support.

Webinars & Events

  • Coordinate the webinar marketing program for HR leaders and industry professionals.
  • Select and invite guest speakers, manage communication, and scheduling.
  • Oversee the end-to-end event preparation process — topics, visuals, promotion, and logistics.
  • Lead the internal team for content creation, promotion, and post-event distribution.
  • Ensure all events support Talentuch’s thought leadership and business goals.

Digital Presence & Automation

  • Initiate and manage updates on the WIX website, ensuring service pages and pricing reflect current offerings.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
  • Monitor domain health, and create and execute an action plan on email deliverability to the subscribers

Team & Process Management

  • Coordinate external freelancers (web designer, video creator, content writer).
  • Create clear briefs, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain consistent brand tone.
  • Foster close alignment between marketing, sales, and recruitment teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (B2B or service-based company preferred).
  • Excellent English (B2+) — strong written, spoken, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, webinar campaigns (desired, but not obligatory), and content management.
  • Ability to set and track key performance metrics.
  • Project management skills — able to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.
  • Storytelling ability — promote recruitment with passion.
  • Excel spreadsheets — fluent user.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with WIX, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in HR, IT, or the recruitment industry.

 

3-MONTH KEY OUTCOMES

  • Planning: clear quarterly marketing plan approved and in execution (content calendar, webinar schedule, campaigns).
  • Webinars: all 2025 webinars are successfully prepared and executed on time, while 2026 webinars are proactively scheduled and organized with streamlined coordination across speakers, design, and promotion teams.
  • Documentation: defined and documented marketing funnel metrics — CPL, LCR, MQL, SQL — with realistic target ranges for Talentuch’s services.
  • Content: consistent content posting schedule (LinkedIn accounts, website blog, Clutch, press platform) developed with and assigned to an internal SMM Specialist.
  • Design: updated website pages (services, pricing, subscription model) in collaboration with the Wix specialist.
