Due to an active expansion into new markets, we are looking for a colleague in Europe, a Recruiter with experience in searching and hiring the affiliate marketing specialists.

   What experience is important for us:

• 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Must have  - experience in hiring media buyers 
• Experience in searching, hunting, managing middle+ level candidates

• It is nice to have experience in igaming, developed networking in the industry, own candidate database
   

  Your future tasks:

   

● Search and selection of candidates using all possible tools and techniques 
● Conducting interviews, assessing the candidate's skills and their compliance with the requirements of the position
● Coordinating the hiring process from the first contact to the first day of employment of the employee 
● Ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring managers at all stages of the selection process 
●  Providing feedback and support to candidates during the hiring process. 
● Building long-term relationships with candidates.
