Social Media Sales Development Representative, Outbound SDR (Twitter, Meta, WhatsApp)
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify outbound leads to ensure a strong fit with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Use Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter (X), and WhatsApp for targeted, personalized outreach to key decision-makers.
- Engage prospects through creative, platform-specific content and messages to nurture relationships and drive interest.
Maintain accurate data and lead status updates in our CRM.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or SDR.
- Strong written and spoken English (B2+) with proven ability to craft compelling, concise messages for social media.
- Deep familiarity and practical experience with outreach on Twitter (X), Meta (Facebook/Instagram DMs), and WhatsApp Business.
- A creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset capable of adapting outreach strategies to evolving social media trends.
