3D Visual Designer

Lynksen is on the lookout for a talented and creative 3D Visual Designer to join our growing remote team 🙌

We’re known for crafting stylish and innovative digital experiences for global brands — and now we’re inviting a new visual storyteller to bring 3D ideas to life.

This role starts in a part-time format (up to 4 hours/day) with the flexibility and freedom to co-create. There’s potential for the position to evolve into a full-time role as we scale.

 What we’re looking for:

✦ Experience designing 3D and 2D assets for digital products;

✦ Advanced knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator;

✦ A solid background in motion design — from animation principles and visual rhythm to compelling narratives;

✦ Strong hands-on experience with modeling, texturing, building scenes, and animation, backed by an impressive portfolio;

✦ Skills in post-production and editing using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro;

✦ Understanding of optimization techniques for high-performance 3D graphics;

✦ Attention to detail and a proactive, imaginative approach to creative tasks;

✦ Eagerness to explore modern 3D web integrations and stay in sync with emerging trends;

✦ Familiarity with exporting models/scenes in GLTF or similar formats for web integration;

✦ A portfolio showcasing real-world case studies is required;

✦ English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you’ll be doing:

✦ Design 3D visuals for web and interactive use;

✦ Produce engaging models, textures, and animated scenes tailored for web platforms;

✦ Create motion graphic elements such as animated text, icons, and visual FX;

✦ Work closely with designers, developers, and SMM teams to ensure visual alignment;

✦ Combine footage, graphics, and 3D for seamless video compositions;

✦ Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand creative direction;

✦ Export scenes to web-friendly formats (GLTF or others);

✦ Use After Effects (or similar) to embed 3D visuals in 2D content;

✦ Keep asset performance optimized for fast and smooth web delivery;

✦ Blend 3D visuals with other motion elements to create standout designs;

✦ Stay on top of the latest trends in 3D/motion/web design.

 Full-time format includes:

✦ Standard 8-hour day;

✦ 21 paid vacation days;
