Trainee recruiter

We’re looking for a IT Recruiter to join our team and help us connect top tech talent with international opportunities. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and have basic experience in recruitment or a strong desire to grow in this field — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive and process new job openings
• Search for candidates on LinkedIn using Recruiter Lite (we’ll provide access)
• Communicate with interested candidates and share job descriptions
• Align expectations regarding rates and availability
• Conduct initial online interviews
• Forward qualified candidates to the recruitment manager
• Track responses, feedback, and the status of each vacancy
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment (freelance/pet projects count too)
• Understanding of LinkedIn search and basic Boolean queries
• Strong written English skills (B2+ level)
• Experience conducting initial online interviews
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment
