We're a lean, EU-based Shopify agency specializing in conversion rate optimization (CRO), direct response landing pages, and custom e-commerce themes. We work with fast-growing D2C brands doing over €100k/month, helping them scale more profitably through our CRO-first approach.
With 6+ years of experience in e-commerce and a combined client portfolio of €200m+ yearly revenue, we take a holistic approach to optimizing the entire funnel—from homepage to cart—to maximize AOV and conversion rates.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to own our CRO/A-B testing projects and support select full-service client projects. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our development, design, and CRO teams, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Updates
- Provide proactive daily/weekly client updates with clear context on project status
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
- Flag blockers immediately and coordinate solutions with the team
Project Coordination
- Manage CRO/A-B testing workflows from ideation to implementation
- Coordinate between designers, developers, and CRO specialists
- Ensure projects follow our established SOPs and quality standards
- Track project progress using our task management systems (ClickUp)
Team Management
- Assign tasks strategically to team members based on their strengths
- Monitor team workload and performance
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members for feedback
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
Process Optimization
- Help refine and document our workflows and SOPs
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and speed
- Contribute to building scalable systems as we grow
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills - You're naturally detail-oriented and nothing falls through the cracks
- Excellent communication - Clear, proactive, and professional in both written and verbal communication
- Proactive problem-solver - You identify issues before they become problems
- Tech-savvy - Comfortable with project management tools, Slack, Loom, and learning new systems quickly
- Available during EU business hours - Overlap with our team timezone (CET/CEST)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce projects
- Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, or conversion optimization
- Background in working with development and design teams
- Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management platforms
- Understanding of agile/sprint methodologies
